You are about to enter a stage that will allow you to transform your current trading approach into a properly built automated system.
Each request is evaluated individually, with the objective of understanding precisely what needs to be developed and whether it truly makes sense to automate it.
To move forward, we need to work with clear, structured, and complete information.
This evaluation is designed for traders who:
Have a defined trading approach.
Are looking to automate with a technical mindset.
Are willing to properly structure their strategy.
If your trading approach is not clearly defined yet, this process is not suitable at this time.
For a serious evaluation, a general description is not enough.
Automation requires precision: clear rules, well-defined conditions, and enough context to understand how your strategy is executed in practice.
That is why the process begins with a structured questionnaire that allows you to present your strategy in a complete and technical format.

This is where the evaluation begins.
This document has been designed to collect the necessary information to understand your trading approach without ambiguity.
This is not a basic form. It is a structured guide to translate your strategy into technical terms.

IMPORTANT
Automation is developed exclusively on the NinjaTrader platform. To proceed with this process, your trading approach must be executable within this environment. If that is not the case, this evaluation does not apply at this time.

Complete the Information with Precision
The clearer you are, the better the evaluation.
Answer each section of the questionnaire in full.
You may include screenshots, examples, or any material that helps explain how you trade.
Avoid general descriptions. The goal here is to define rules, conditions, and execution logic.

Submit Your Request for Review
Once completed, the next step is straightforward.
Send the questionnaire to:
Make sure to include all relevant information in a single submission. This allows the evaluation to begin without interruptions or additional requests.

Review Process
Each evaluation requires time and judgment.
You will receive an acknowledgment within the first 48 hours.
The review process takes between 4 and 5 days, depending on the level of detail in the submitted information.
Once completed, you will be contacted via email to schedule a video call and refine the necessary aspects before moving forward.
